The Change Bag is an invaluable accessory for any magician, and there are several different models available from any magic dealer. Although there are large Change Bags, for producing doves or rabbits, or other large items, most magicians use a Change Bag to change a couple of silks, ropes or ribbons, or other similar small and compressible items. This bag will hold silks up to 18” in size. However if you use very fine silks, you may be able to use larger silks.
Most standard Change Bags are rather large, so we offer you this Micro Change Bag, which is a much smaller prop, and more appropriate in size with the items used. It has all the convenience and functionality of a regular Change Bag, but is a much smaller prop, compact enough to carry in your pocket, and perfectly workable for silks, ribbons, paper slips and currency bills, You could have your silks or other items in the bag to start with, so that its use in the routine is natural and logical.
As the name implies, the Change Bag is used to change one item into another. When you change something to nothing, it is a vanish. When you change nothing to something, it is a production. And when you change something to something else, it is a change.
Made with a wooden handle and Velvet bag, the item is 6.5 inches long and 3.5 inches in width. The diametr of the opening is 2.5 inches and the bag is 4,5 inches in length.
