This one is inspired by the popular Monkey Bar plot. Paddle shows 2 Carnations, and a rose at one end. You claim the rose is jumping from left to right, (or top to bottom) as you display the paddle on both sides. Audience is not impressed. Then a flick, and the rose jumps to the middle. Show it in the middle on both sides, then have it jump to the end on one side, and give paddle for examination.
