Headless Lady Illusion

This illusion works on an ingenious geometric vanish, based on the Curry Paradox. It always works, but can you figure out how ?

You have a picture of a dancing girl printed in Black & White on one side of the board, and an identical picture in the same size, printed in colour on the opposite side. The board is cut in four pieces like a very simple jigsaw puzzle.

When the picture is assembled with the black & white side on top the perfect and complete picture appears. When the pieces of board are turned over and the same picture is assembled with the coloured side on top, a part of the board and the picture with the lady’s head vanishes.
